Khoa-Covered Cheese Balls

PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME:
YIELD: 8

  • Make 8 rasgoolas and let soak for 24 hours, drain;
  • Frosting:
    • Make khoa from 4 cups half-and-half milk;
    • Add ? cup sugar;
    • When cooked work in 1 tsp powdered saffron;
  • Coat rasgoolas with frosting;
  • Roll in ground almonds or grated coconut;
  • Refrigerate.
