PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME: 1 hour
YIELD: 2 cups

  • Prepare as part of the process to make kheer using 1 gal milk;
  • Lower flame to almost not boiling;
  • Collect skin from surface of milk at 5 minute intervals;
  • When no more skin appears place collected skin in pan over low heat and add 1/2 cup sugar;
  • Stir gently for a few minutes;
  • Refrigerate.
