PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME:
YIELD:

  • Make khoa from 1 gal milk;
  • Add 1 cup sugar;
  • Add crushed cardamom;
  • Add ground nuts, e.g. pistachio, almonds, pecans
  • Remove from heat when stiff;
  • Roll into balls and press flat;
  • Coat with exotic sugar e.g. powdered date sugar
  • Refrigerate.
