Laddu Fudge

PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME:
YIELD:

  • Carefully stir-fry for 15 mins on low heat:
    • 1 1/2 cups sifted chick-pea flour;
    • 1/2 cup ghee;
  • Cook down to a syrup by boiling:
    • 1 cup white sugar;
    • 1 cup milk;
  • Stir in:
    • 1 cup mixed nuts e.g:
      • 1 cup coarsly chopped cashews, almonds, pistachios, pecans;
      • 3/4 cup grated coconut;
  • Combine with chick-pea flour and cook slowly and carfefully until it thickens;
  • Pour into flat buttered dish and refrigerate.
