Laddu - Toasted Chick-pea-flour Sweet

COOKING AND PREPARATION TIME: about 20 minutes
COOLING AND ROLLING TIME: about 40 minutes
YIELD: 24

  • Stir for 15-20 mins over low heat in 3/4 cup unsalted butter:
    • 2 cups chickpea flour;
    • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts;
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg;
  • Add 1 cup powdered sugar;
  • Roll the mixture into balls;
  • Refrigerate and serve cool.
