Kheer

PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME: 90 mins
YIELD: 4 cups

  • Make rabri as part of this process;
  • Reduce 1 gal milk (20 cups) with 1/2 cup sugar to 1/3rd its original volume;
  • Blend until smooth;
  • Refrigerate.

Garnish with one or more of the following:

  • slivered pistachios / almonds, grated coconut, fresh fruit
