Ekadasi Bread

PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME:
YIELD:

  • Mix tapioca (Cassava) starch with:
    • 2 boiled potatoes;
    • A handful of cheese;
    • Salt;
  • Melt butter in milk and need gradually into flour;
  • Form into small rolls;
  • Bake in oven at 300 until light brown.

Variations

Add some cut olives and sun dried tomatoes to flour mix.

Cover rolls with sunflower seeds.
