Chai Massala

PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME: 30 Minutes for mix
YIELD: 160 gms Chai mix

  • Grind to fine powder 10 gms each:
    • Dry ginger;
    • Taj;
    • Cloves;
    • Green cardamom seeds;
    • Cinamon;
    • Rosmary;
    • Trifala;
    • Lemon grass;
    • Thyme;
    • Mint;
    • Piparamul;
  • Add 50 gms white pepper;
  • Package for later use.

 

  • Simmer for 5 minutes:
    • 1 1/2 tsp chai mix;
    • 2 cups milk;
    • 1 cup water;
    • 6 tsps sugar.

Variations:

  • Use Soya milk
