Carrot Halva

PREPARATION AND COOKING TIME:
YIELD:

  • Wash, scape and finely shred 1 lb carrots;
  • Stir fry in 3/4 cup ghee for 10 mins;
  • Add and cook for 30 mins until stiff:
    • 1 cup milk;
    • 3/4 cup sugar;
    • 1 1/2 tbsp ea:
      • Slivered almonds;
      • Raisins;
  • Place in dish 1 in thick;
  • Refigerate.
